What the Performance and Longevity Consultation Includes

This is a free, focused, one-on-one visit designed to help you understand how your body is currently operating, and where to go from here. Available only to men referred by current or past Live Oak clients.

Review your health history and current performance patterns

Identify underlying factors that affect how you feel and function

Assess energy, metabolism, sleep, and stress

Provide clear, practical next steps

After the consult, if it makes sense to move forward, we’ll outline a more in-depth plan, which often includes targeted lab work to better understand what’s driving those patterns.

Who You’ll Be Working With

You’ll meet with our male practitioner, Connor, who works within our established clinical approach and collaborates closely with our team. He's board certified and also has years of experience in conventional as an E.R. RN
